Daniel Joseph Ricciardo ( "Ricardo", Italian: [ritˈtʃardo]; born 1 July 1989) is an Australian and Italian racing driver, currently competing under the Australian flag in Formula One for RB. Graduating from karting to junior formulae in 2005, Ricciardo won his first championship at the 2008 Formula Renault 2.0 West European Cup with SG Formula. He then won the 2009 British Formula 3 Championship with Carlin Motorsport.
