There are typically four main sections of instruments: String instruments, such as the violin, viola, cello, and double bass. Woodwinds, such as the flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, and occasional saxophone. Brass instruments, such as the French horn (or more commonly known as "horn"), trumpet, trombone, cornet, euphonium, and tuba.
