Judd Asher Nelson (born November 28, 1959) is an American actor. After a lead role in the film Making the Grade (1984), Nelson had his breakout with a starring role in the coming-of-age teen film The Breakfast Club (1985), which caused him to be associated with a group of actors known as the "Brat Pack." In the late 1980s, Nelson starred in the Brat Pack films St. Elmo's Fire (1985) and Blue City (1986), voiced Hot Rod / Rodimus Prime in the animated film The Transformers: The Movie (1986), and had lead roles in From the Hip (1987) and Relentless (1989).
