Vice Admiral Anders Jan-Eric Törnqvist (born 9 October 1959) is a retired Swedish Navy officer. Before his retirement in 2020, he served as the Chief of Joint Operations of the Swedish Armed Forces from 2016 to 2020 and as Commandant General in Stockholm from 2019 to 2020. Career.
