András Tibor Gerevich (Hungarian pronunciation: [ˈɒndraːʃ ˈɡɛrɛvit͡ʃ]; born 4 December 1976) is a Hungarian poet, screenwriter, literary translator and professor of screenwriting at Budapest Metropolitan University and McDaniel College Budapest. His first book of Poetry Átadom a pórázt (Handing Over the Leash) was released in 1997. His third collection of poems, Friends (Barátok) (2009), garnered critical acclaim. PRAE magazine described it as “one of the most important Hungarian books of poetry in the year 2009.
