Episode 44: Property Pig: Rick of All Trades

In episode 44 we get down and dirty with the Property Pig himself, Mr Rick Braithwaite. First things first we delve into the swine origins of his name which leads onto all sorts of pork tangents which we make no apology for! Rick is both a property investor and surveyor! He splits his time 50/50 on each profession and applies to principles of sustainable energy-efficient housing to both roles. Our jam with Rick covered a spectrum of topics ranging from the importance of strong relationships with those you work alongside in property, to personality types and whether or not tenants should be evicted by pulling names out of a hat (?!) This was a very enjoyable podcast and we hope you enjoy it as much as we did Property Jammers.
