We live this vision through our Training 4 Influence method. This method works to impact the lives of people experiencing multiple disadvantages (i.e. those with complex needs or who are marginalised and/or vulnerable) by developing and providing training that not only delivers its learning objectives but also inspires and influences the motivations and values of frontline professionals.
