In this episode Shad dives deep into directing his first animated short 'Run Totti Run' which was brought to life with the help of 300 volunteer artists from 5 countries. He also shared his wild stories of climbing the ranks in the animation industry and answers the biggest question of all, how to land a job at Pixar.
