From Career First to Baby First: The Modern Mother's Evolution

In this episode, I open up about the journey I never expected, the one that took me from declaring “I don’t do kids” to realizing that motherhood is the most powerful spiritual assignment I’ve ever accepted.

This episode is not just about becoming a parent, it’s about the emotional whiplash of going from career-first to baby-first, and the identity crisis and spiritual expansion that came with it. I share how I had to reconcile years of being disconnected from my body through birth control, through masculine environments, through generational messaging, and begin the process of coming back to my womb, my voice, and my truth.

I talk about what it really means to evolve as a mother, how we shift from giving instructions to giving space. From control to conscious guidance. From being the authority to becoming the guide.
This conversation goes far beyond parenting tips or “mom guilt.” It’s about identity, embodiment, and rising through challenge.
