Billy Nevers
Billy Nevers is one of the most exciting young musical theatre talents we have. Over the last few years, he has performed in such diverse shows as Legally Blonde, Jesus Christ Superstar and &Juliet. Despite clearly never being one to repeat himself before, he can now be seen dancing and singing the house down in Groundhog Day at London's Old Vic. This brilliant new musical has discussed a lot on the podcast already as everybody loves it, but this Old Vic run must end August 19th so make sure you book your tickets and you don't miss out!
In this episode of the podcast, Billy discusses his career, the challenges and joys of performing in Groundhog Day, and which musicals he loves the most.

The Mayor of Musical Theatre
Musical theatre composer/writer/photographer Ian Bowkett is not a mayor, but if there's a law against pretending to be one, he sure hasn't heard it. Each week, the (not) mayor interviews a celebrity guest who makes or loves musical theatre, finding out about them via their favourite shows. Once all the categories are complete (funniest musical, best movie musical etc.), he asks them to choose one show that as mayor, he should order run in the West End forever. Then, it may or may not. Again, he really doesn't have that sort of power.
The Mayor of Musical Theatre is produced in association with Musical Theatre Review, your premier source for news, reviews, and interviews on all things onstage, backstage, and worldwide.
