Rupert is the Founder and MD of Complete RPI. Complete RPI entice landlords to have a more commercial outlook on their portfolios. We speak about his 30 years experience of property and all the speed bumps he has come across including the 2008 financial crisis. Rupert manages portfolios of very high net worth clients including football players he tells us how he consolidates their portfolios and puts them under one roof. We also speak about buying off- plan and his thoughts on fractional sales, as he has a lot of business interest overseas we speak about property exhibitions and working with overseas investors. Interestly we speak about his views on using other people's money to do your own property deals when you have little experience. We also speak about the future of property including modular builds and 3D construction, Rupert is very knowledgable and i thoroughly enjoyed this interview.
