Helen is a former GP with over 14 years experience in healthcare and  now has a thriving online Nutrition Clinic where she supports and coaches women to achieve their, health, nutrition and weight loss goals. 

Each week Dr Helen hyper-focuses on an area of health, sharing her expertise and years of experience to help you learn, understand and feel inspired to take action.
