The Saucony Triumph 23 is a cushioned daily trainer designed for walking and running. Priced at $170, it competes with shoes like the Hoka Bondi 9 ($170) and Asics Gel-Nimbus 27 ($165). In this episode, I give an overview of the Triumph, take it out for a long run and let you know my thoughts.
