Spiritual CEO is a podcast about what happens when we take the inner life of a leader as seriously as the outer one.

Hosted by longtime friends Marnie LeFevre and Tenille Bentley. Two seasoned businesswomen with more than 20 years’ experience each, and a side of woo-woo they’re finally ready to talk about. Spiritual CEO brings business, spirituality, science and leadership to the same table.

Through open and curious conversations with leading thinkers in neuroscience, psychology, human potential, wellbeing and ancient wisdom, we explore intuition, self-knowledge, emotional wisdom, the nervous system, spirituality, connection and some of the experiences that don’t always fit neatly into the traditional conversations about business and leadership.

We don’t have the answers, and we’re not here to tell you what to believe. We’re curious. So we’re having the conversations, asking the questions and sharing what we discover along the way.
