9 years sober, I bring my experience as a rehab recovery coach & actor to explore mental health, addiction, alcoholism, recovery & the creative journey. I know first-hand that rock bottom can be the greatest teacher & a springboard for a beautiful life. Creatives are 3x more likely to experience mental health problems & those in performing arts are twice as likely to suffer anxiety & depression. I interview creatives & inspiring individuals who have survived & thrived through adversity, sharing hard-earned lessons to remind others that no matter how bad things seem, there is hope & a way out.
