Rewriting Womens Weight loss

Emily de Luzy

92% of women gain back the weight they lose on diets and more. The reality is we are not put on the planet to be on a diet every year yet we spend our lives stuck in this yoyo cycle. A cycle where we never find true peace with our forever changing bodies.

However there is a way to create weight loss success which feels wholeheartedly sustainable to you. You are unique, no two women are the same psychologically and physiologically which is why mainstream diets never work.

This podcast is here to support you to create sustainable weight loss moving forward whilst finding harmony with your body image and food. It is a safe space to listen from somebody who has walked the walk of going from a UK size 18 to a size 10 (with plenty of trial and error along the way).

This is Emily’s calling to be here with you today to guide you from a place of knowing what it feels like to be on that changing room floor saddened with what you see in the mirror to feeling at peace with your body once and for all.

She has a clear road map to guide you out of dieting cycles into food and body image freedom the healthy, sustainable way.
