Guests share their advice for aspiring producers, the key skills that are integral to the role, their biggest personal successes, the shows and podcasts they love and what they've learnt from making radio.

We’ve enjoyed varied careers in the world of radio and are still fascinated by it, so we set out to make a series in honour of those all-too-often unsung individuals who have one of the most creative, varied, frustrating but ultimately rewarding jobs in media!
