This week we have gone and put ourselves out and around a lot of people and really seen the benefits of consistently turning up.
Our weekly walk has lead to the co sourcing of two deals with a good contact of ours and lead us to a few very good potential meetings with new clients.

83 Property was set up by Gavin Eade and Joseph Atkinson in 2017... since there the pair have grown there portfolio starting with BTL properties in the North East of England, soon moving into commercial to residential developments and more recently developments.
