Billy served over 20 years in the SAS having joined the Parachute Regiment at the age of 17. His life before joining the military was very different to his life afterwards. A criminal record, gang involvement and a close shave with death after being stabbed were replaced with discipline and respect.

In an extraordinary conversation with Pete, Billy opens up about the men who saved him, who made him realise that he wouldn’t amount to much if he continued down the path he was on.

In his new podcast Pete Wicks (TOWIE, Strictly Come Dancing & the hit podcast Staying Relevant) sits down with friends and peers from across the entertainment industry, who like it or not, are modern male role-models - asking what do they think makes a 'good' man? Come to think of it, what makes a bad one?

We'll find out what they think are the most important traits in a man, the times they've got 'being a man' all wrong, and what are the defining qualities of the men who inspire them. From the trivial to the taboo - no topic is off-limits.
