Hi, I'm Ms. Sami, and I'm so glad you're here! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have also taught SEL (social emotional learning) in schools.

In each episode, I share tales about animals and explore big feelings. Every episode includes an SEL tool for coping with big and small feelings. These stories are great for your little one, whether they feel wiggly, worried, or excited.

These short episodes are great for car rides, bedtime, transitions, or quiet moments.
