Kath Ebbs on public heartbreak
Hello!
Today, we speak to Australian content creator and podcast host Kath Ebbs. Kath is a presenter, DJ, and host of their podcast, Conversations with Kath, and co-host of And I’ve always said that.
Today, Kath reflects on what it was like to grow up online in the mid-2000s, their experience with suicidal ideation, and why they don’t mask their depression anymore. They also discuss their recent break-up with US reality TV star JoJo Siwa.
Content note: This conversation details experiences of suicidal ideation and self-harm. If you or someone you love is struggling with their mental health or suicidal ideation, please head here or contact Lifeline on 13 11 14.
