After leaving school with no idea what she wanted to do, Fiona spent 15 years exploring different jobs and even returned to education as a mature student. But when her two daughters came along, her quest to find her passion took a backseat – until she decided to create a life that truly worked around her family, her values, and her choice to home educate.

Now living in the beautiful Scottish Borders with her husband and daughters, Fiona has not only carved out a business that aligns with her lifestyle – she’s helping other mums do the same. Whether it’s about gaining clarity, getting over that initial fear of starting, or creating a flexible routine that fits around little ones, Fiona’s advice is full of compassion, practicality and a good dose of humour.

In this episode, we chat about how she handles overwhelm, bust a few homeschooling myths, and dig into her Signature START System – a brilliant framework to help mums take that very first step towards creating the life they want.
