In this episode, we are talking about digital corporate communication and organizational listening. We are joined by Professor Jim Macnamara, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Science, University of Technology Sydney. He is also a Visiting Professor at The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Visiting Professor at the London College of Communication in the University of the Arts London. Jim is internationally recognised for his research into organisational listening. His recommendations have been adopted by the UK Government Communication Service (GCS) in the Cabinet Office in Whitehall, and the European Commission Directorate-General for Communication.
