This could also be in the form of refurbishing old, derelict, run down and unencumbered properties or creating new high-quality homes on unused or unwanted land. The aim is simply to create a solution to the ongoing local housing crisis by helping to produce more stock and opportunities for local families.Dan and James, two local property professionals, have had first hand experience in this Cornish housing crisis.
