Break the stereotypes & believe! Carina Lepore, Winner 2019 BBC "The Apprentice"

Carine Lepore was the 2019 winner of BBC's "The Apprentice", picking up £250k to expand her family business Dough Artisan Bakehouse in partnership with Lord Alan Sugar.

Moving from retail into resurrecting a family bakery business devastated by a fire, she smashed all the stereotypes and, with her sister Rachelle, showed that self belief, courage and hard work leads to success.

She joined me from her bakery, filled the screen with raw energy and we even got a little tour!
