Jay Allen holds an MSc in International Business Leadership, with a special interest in Business Ethics. He is the Managing Director of My TrueNORTH, The Ethical Coaching Company, and the Founder of the #ADDAZERO Business Challenge.

As a Christian and ex-veteran, Jay also has a strong value of service, courage and loyalty and he talks about how to examine levels of social consciousness and look within at your own internal principles which help us to lead oursleves and others better for a more powerful impact beyond money.
