Over the past few months, Tara (UK), and Vicky (Canada), have enjoyed sharing their thoughts and reflections - across the pond. Join them during their regular chats as they interview amazing leaders and share their insights and expertise. Tara Gretton is the founder of Solution Revolution. She fell in love with the Solution-Focused (SF) approach in 2002. Tara is on a mission to share the magic of the SF approach with schools, children, young people and families. She also feels passionately about young people’s voices being heard and loves to train young people in the solution-focused approach. Vicky Essebag is an experienced educator, school leader, family therapist and certified solution-focused coach. As a relational comnmunication specialist, she is widely known for teaching solution-focused practice to support effective communication for ALL. Vicky inspires and motivates parents, schools and organizations to cultivate and strengthen relationships that are grounded in equity, inclusion, success and well-being. She is author of Relationspaces; A Solution-Focused Handbook for Parents, and Founder of the coaching and consulting company - Relationspaces- www.relationspaces.com.
