UNVRS Ibiza, the worlds first 'hyper club', has finally opened its doors at a cost of around €100M and the feedback has been almost unanimous however one surprising detail has trended on social media, an advertising slogan has upset the Spanish press in Mallorca but are they shooting the messenger? Tourist figures are out for April and it's taken us by surprise but what's changed on the islands? Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is opening a new restaurant in Ibiza this weekend, is this another sign of the White Isle's relentless upmarket surge?
