Today I'm talking to Steve Hardy. Steve is a Military Veteran and former Police Officer who started his career in Leicestershire Police, before transferring to Devon and Cornwall Police.
Whilst in D&C Police he became a Security Coordinator and subsequently spent many years as a hostage negotiator. He served 22 years in total but for many reasons, fell out of love with the job with one particular incident becoming his catalyst for a career change.
Whilst serving, he created 'Re-Rostered', which was an organisation showcasing a talent pool of Police Officers wanting to transition to new roles. Steve has also forged some exceptional partnerships with regards to Cyber Security training and the massive opportunities that brings. Most recently, he's become the Managing Director of 'Elite Level Comms', delivering enhanced communication workshops to the corporate world.
