We aim to open the conversation with women across the firm around issues or struggles they have overcome, challenges they are still facing, and things they would change or do differently, knowing what they know now, of course with some tangents and diversions along the way! Tune in as we delve into strategies for balancing career and personal life, as well as navigating male-dominated professional spheres.

- Build connections between women around the firm and to help women of all levels identify colleagues who have faced similar challenges and had similar experiences to their own- Celebrate the brilliant women at OC&C and highlight that there is no one version of “a successful OC&C-er”
- Showcase the multitude of pathways that different women’s careers have taken and how this has been facilitated (or challenged) by OC&C
